Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages resulting from:

Remember, the 14-day window applies here as well. Outside this timeframe, refunds or replacements for faulty items may no longer be available.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Keep in mind that claims should be submitted within two months of placing your order to ensure tracking information remains valid. After that, our ability to assist may be limited.
